Booking terms

These terms apply when you request a quotation or book through FATAR Tour & Travel (PT. Fatar Mitra Sarana). They are written for WhatsApp bookings — the site does not process payments.

Prices on the website

Package prices, currency conversions and car rates on this website are estimates to help you plan.

• Package prices are based on MYR and the group size shown
• SGD and IDR displays are conversions and may differ from the final quote
• Hotel availability, ferry times, public holidays and group size can change the total

The price that matters is the quotation we confirm on WhatsApp.

How a booking is confirmed

A trip is confirmed only after:

1. We send a written quotation on WhatsApp, and
2. You accept it, and
3. Any deposit we request has been received

Until then, vehicles, rooms and restaurant slots are not guaranteed.

What is included

Each quotation will state what is included — for example transport, hotel nights, meals or tickets. Anything not listed is outside the package. Standard and full-package options can differ; ask us to spell out the inclusions for your dates.

Changes and cancellation

Tell us as early as you can if dates, pax or hotels need to change. We will check what can still be arranged.

Cancellation or date-change fees depend on suppliers (hotels, vehicles, ferries). We will tell you the cost before you confirm a change. Deposits may be non-refundable if a supplier has already been paid.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate dates, names and guest counts
• Share ferry or flight arrival times if you want pickup
• Keep a copy of the quotation we sent

Liability

We arrange local services with care. We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by weather, ferry operators, traffic, or third-party hotels and restaurants. If a supplier cannot deliver, we will try to offer a reasonable alternative.
